  Not sure. I use Diazapam when it gets really bad.

  yes chamimill tea it calms you down mix it with a little saint johns wart and youll be good to go

  If I feel a panic attack coming on, I try to get up and do something different to get my mind away from it.

  But honestly, getting on antidepressants was the best thing for me.
