Getting Detoxed today. Any side effects?

October 8th, 2009 · 2 Comments · Learn How to Stop Panic Attacks

Alright, I’m a 17 year old male who used to have panic attacks but I’ve learned how to stop them right when they start. The only thing I have is anxiety and constant worry. Which isn’t really a big deal to me. But anyway, I feel tired all of the time and weak, so I’m getting ‘Detoxed’. The one that where you go the Chiropractor and you put your feet in this bucket and they put solution in it the bucket and it shows what toxins your body is getting ridden of.

Are there any side effects?

I heard it will make me feel really great and actually make me lose a little weight. [Is this true?]

Is foot detox really true? Actually, there is no definite medical proof about foot detox. Our own research also indicates either "Yes" or "No". Whatever the results of our researches, it is true that foot detox with minerals or herbs or electrodes added, will help in relieving fatigue and stress, and energize the body system, leading you to good health.

Also, our own research indicated that foot detox does not clean your body’s wastes or toxic wastes as others claim. The public may be swayed by the water "miraculously" turning brown or black in color. However, it’s proven that the changes in color are caused basically by the "electrolysis" of water.

Here are some other panic attack related sites that I thought would be of interest to you. Thanks for checking out my blog!

Well, it’s not going to hurt you, but just like the detox foot pads they sell on late night info-mertials, it’s been shown medically (beyond a doubt) that you can’t really detoxify a person’s body in this manner. The foot soak may make you feel good if you believe it will, and they’ll put chemicals in to make the water change colors, telling you it’s toxins (just like the foot pads), but after scientific analysis, your body has no fewer toxins than it did before. This is no better than the old snake oil that traveling salesmen sold to people. The chiropractor is ripping you off…

Sorry, I know it’s not the answer you wanted, but I’m not going to lie to you.
