panic attack – HELP NEEDED PLEASE!!?

i’ve always been known to be an anxious person with regular panic attacks ; which after reading up i know what causes it – death in family a few months back, illness, etc. however nowadays im about to do my GCSE’s and when it comes to situations where i can’t escape – such as an assembly, or quiet lesson, i am more prone to panic attacks as there’s no way of me being able to tell my friend, or talk to my friend to help myself take my mind off of it. this is a big problem because i will be taking my exams soon and everyone knows you cannot talk in an exam.
also, i have one class in particular where i get a panic attack – in religious studies. its not because i dislike the class or teacher because its a great lesson, but because we learn about life and death (a situation which causes me to panic) it really doesnt do me any favours, and it makes me nervous and panicy knowing im going to be going into a situation where i know i might panic.
i was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice because as many sufferers will know – its quite distressing when you feel as if your gonna stop breathing and die!!

    YOU CONTROL YOUR PANIC ATTACKS! u just have to realize in your head to stop haveing them. you mite be doing them for attention. but realize the panic attacks arnt doing you any good. so when u have one, just relax, breath. but to prevent them, make sure your living your life and doing things you want, sometimes people are gona be mean to you, just do whatever u want and dont let people push you around. keep standing up for yourself and doing what you want, dont let snyone else control you. set goals for what you want and do what u gota do to get whatever u want.

    Have you talked to your teacher about it. Maybe she can give you some advice or make a special time for you to take your test alone with her so if you do have a panic attack it wont be as bad as it would be in front of the class. Also if you are religious person as the above class suggests then you may believe that there is life after death. When my brother died I had a lot of dreams about him and just as you can talk to God and he can hear you I believe that your relatives can hear you also.maybe if you try to talk to that relative and get off your chest what is bothering you maybe it will help. Or if it is because you are scared of death maybe it will help talking to them also. If you feel that you cant talk to them wright a letter to them. Or think about why you panic and wright it down on a paper. If you know what scares you you can conquer your fear
