Can someone have panic attack symptoms throughout the day.?
A person can have panic attack symptoms anytime. However as horrible as it feels at the time there are things you can do to help. Like taking deep breaths to help calm yourself. Think of something peaceful and relaxing. Take a short walk if you can. Talk to your doctor to get medical help for it if it is to the point where it interrupts your life.
Best of luck to you,
Shar
